A well-thought out space

In all the apartments, there is well-thought-out storage in the form of cupboards along the ceiling. In this way, you have more space in your home to use the floor for a workplace, bed and dining area.

All homes have their own kitchen with fridge, hob and hood. In addition, you have free Wi-Fi, your own bathroom (including sink, toilet and shower), balcony and there is also a wardrobe on wheels. Which can be placed wherever you want and used as a room divider - especially in the larger homes.

NOTE: all the rooms at AARHUS Kollegiet do not come with other types of furniture that are not included in the description above.

Our solutions

There are three different types of apartments, each with its own design, and either one or two rooms. The smallest house type is 35 m2, while the largest is 50 m2.

The common living area includes 15 m2. Such as the cluster kitchen and living room. The number of square meters in the home itself is therefore smaller.

1-room apartment of 35 m2 (of which 15 m2 is common area). Furnished with cupboards, wardrobe, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Expected rent: DKK 3,299 plus consumption

1-room apartment of 44 m2 (of which 15 m2 is common area). Furnished with cupboards, wardrobe, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Expected rent: DKK 4,249 plus consumption

2-room apartment of 50 m2 (of which 15 m2 is common area). Furnished with cupboard, wardrobe, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Expected rent: DKK 4,722 plus consumption

Housing benefit

Housing benefit is a grant that you can get to help pay your rent if you are renting a home with your own kitchen or kitchenette. You can apply for housing benefit even if you are living in Denmark only for a short period of time.

Your cluster

AARHUS Kollegiet consists of 14 clusters, each with its own personality and its own shared facilities. Here, is where you'll have a closer friendship with your neighbors and other residents across the dorm.

All clusters have one or two shared kitchens, depending on the size of the cluster. The kitchens have common fridges, freezers, sinks, stoves, ovens and dishwashers. There is also a living room with dining and sofa area.

In addition, each cluster has a common storage room where you can find a major selection of cleaning products and vacuums as well.
